RESERVATION POLICY:
We charge a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation.
If for any reason you need to cancel, call us at least 7 business
days before your arrival date; reservations of 5 or more rooms
have a 30 day cancellation period; The Reunion Lodge and Deluxe
Condo have a 60 day cancellation period.
You will receive a full refund
less 10% of the deposit. The Reunion Lodge and Deluxe Condo
have a minimum cancellation fee of $100.00 if cancelled with
60 days notice. If you do not cancel in the allotted
time you will forfeit the entire deposit. Rooms will be held
until 7 p.m. on the date of arrival. Late arrivals must call
on the day of arrival to hold rooms after 7 p.m. No charges
apply for rescheduled reservations if changed at least 24 hours
prior to arrival date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover credit cards.
Pahaska is closed from mid-October through May. If you are interested in making reservations for the summer season, you may call us at (307)527-7701, ext. 304. Just leave a message and we'll return your call as soon as possible. You may also email us at pahaska@pahaska.com or book a room online using the link at the top of this page. We try to check our phone messages, email and online reservations daily, however please allow us up to 3 days to respond. |
